Edina, MN (Training in Coon Rapids for 3 months)Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do (Your Impact)

As an LPN Triage Nurse, you are the heart of patient communication and care coordination. You’ll play a key role in making sure every patient feels heard, supported, and guided through their care journey.

Your day may include:

  • Supporting triage calls, voicemails, and patient follow-ups
  • Coordinating care (labs, referrals, imaging orders)
  • Assisting providers and care teams with patient needs
  • Rooming patients and providing clinical support as needed
  • Training and supporting other triage team members
  • Helping maintain smooth clinic operations and supply management

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Warm, compassionate, and patient-focused
  • Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • A strong communicator who works well with both patients and teams
  • Proactive and solution-oriented

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an RN, LPN, CMA, or RMA program
  • Active Minnesota license (RN/LPN/CMA/RMA)
  • Previous experience in a medical office or similar setting preferred
