What You’ll Do (Your Impact)
As an LPN Triage Nurse, you are the heart of patient communication and care coordination. You’ll play a key role in making sure every patient feels heard, supported, and guided through their care journey.
Your day may include:
- Supporting triage calls, voicemails, and patient follow-ups
- Coordinating care (labs, referrals, imaging orders)
- Assisting providers and care teams with patient needs
- Rooming patients and providing clinical support as needed
- Training and supporting other triage team members
- Helping maintain smooth clinic operations and supply management
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Warm, compassionate, and patient-focused
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- A strong communicator who works well with both patients and teams
- Proactive and solution-oriented
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an RN, LPN, CMA, or RMA program
- Active Minnesota license (RN/LPN/CMA/RMA)
- Previous experience in a medical office or similar setting preferred
