Pacific Northwest Fertility & IVF Specialists, a state-of-the-art fertility clinic offering a comprehensive range of treatments — from foundational care to the most advanced reproductive technologies — is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing team. This role is integral to our clinical operations and plays a key part in delivering a seamless, personalized experience for every patient.
We are open to either part-time or full-time candidates. The schedule will include Friday through Monday coverage, with weekend availability required at our Bellevue clinic and weekday coverage (Monday and/or Friday) at either location.
The APP we are seeking must be energetic, organized, and self-directed with a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, other health care professionals, and patients. This position requires a confident practitioner with high levels of professionalism and compassion who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
General Duties:
- Provide care to patients throughout fertility treatment.
- Monitor patients through IVF cycle and 3rd party reproduction in conjunction with the physician team.
- Perform procedures such as pelvic ultrasound, intrauterine insemination, saline infusion sonography, and hysterosalpingograms.
- Early pregnancy monitoring: Targeted evaluation and management of patients presenting with early pregnancy, miscarriage, or ectopic pregnancy. This is usually done in consultation with the physician.
- New patient evaluation, history, and physical exams; order appropriate testing; interpret test results; diagnose and recommend appropriate plan of care with treatment options. Focus is on the treatment of the female patient.
- Manage patients trying for pregnancy using ovarian stimulation medications and/or insemination. Create treatment plans for ovulation induction and IUI cycles.
- Educate and document in patients’ electronic medical records.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Progressively responsible APP experience. Preferably 3 years’ experience in Women’s Health and/or OB/GYN (with experience in ASC, surgery or procedural, PACU, recovery care or fertility).
- Must have one of the following: Active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license or Physician Assistant license in Washington State.
- CPR Certification (BLS Healthcare provider level).
- Ultrasound experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
- Solid communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficiency with EMRs and computer skills.
We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits. This position pays between $115,000 – $150,000 annually for full time employees and hourly for part time, depending on experience.
