Full Job Description
AllShifts is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a 13-week contract (with potential to become permanent) at a long term care facility.
We are looking for an NP to travel between clinics to assist patients with wound care appts. You will be provided an Medical Assistant/Driver to transport you in the company vehicle to appointments. This is a temp-perm opportunity working 3-4 days a week.

NP Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams
- Diagnose conditions and develop treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
- Document care and collaborate with healthcare teams
Requirements:
- Active Nurse Practitioner State License
- Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, hospital, or outpatient settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic computer proficiency and documentation skills
Pay: $75.00 per hour
