Bilingual Medical Assistant (Part-Time – Mondays Only)
Job Overview
We are a physician-led (MD) weight loss, aesthetics, and wellness clinic in Fort Wayne seeking a motivated and reliable Bilingual (English/Spanish) Medical Assistant to join our team.
This is a part-time position (Mondays only) with the opportunity to grow as the clinic expands. You will work directly with the physician in a modern, patient-focused environment that combines medical weight loss, body contouring, IV therapy, and wellness services.
Responsibilities
- Room patients and obtain vitals
- Assist with procedures and treatments
- Support weight loss programs and body contouring sessions
- Assist with injections and IV therapy (if trained)
- Document visits and maintain accurate records
- Ensure smooth clinic workflow and patient experience
Qualifications
Required
- Medical Assistant experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Reliable and professional
Preferred:
- Experience in aesthetics, IV therapy, or weight loss programs
- Experience with injections or procedural assistance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Schedule
- Part-time – Mondays only
- Consistent weekly schedule
- Potential for additional hours as clinic growth.
Pay
- $22.5-28.5/hour (1099) depending on experience
