Gameday Men’s Health is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide flexible coverage at our Northeast Raleigh clinic.
This role is ideal for providers looking for flexible shifts, meaningful patient interactions, and an opportunity to practice in the rapidly growing field of men’s health and hormone optimization.
Typical clinic days involve 8–10 consultations, allowing time to educate patients and develop thoughtful treatment plans rather than rushing through high patient volumes.

The Role
As a PRN Clinic Provider, you will perform consultations, review labs, and guide patients toward treatment plans aligned with their health goals.
This is a consultative role where patient education and trust-building are central to success.

- Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)
- Peptide therapy
- Metabolic and weight optimization
- Vitamin therapies
Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Consultations
- Conduct patient consultations and review lab results
- Evaluate symptoms related to testosterone deficiency and metabolic health
- Educate patients on treatment options including:
- Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)
- Erectile dysfunction therapies
- Weight loss and metabolic treatments
- Peptide therapy
- Vitamin and NAD+ injections
Treatment Management
- Prescribe and administer therapies under physician supervision
- Perform injections and clinic-based procedures
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with clinic staff to ensure excellent patient experience
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with clinical protocols
Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Active North Carolina license in good standing
- DEA registration preferred or ability to obtain
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Comfort discussing men’s health topics including testosterone optimization and sexual health
Experience with hormone therapy or men’s health is helpful but not required. Training is provided for the right provider.

Compensation
Job Type: PRN / As Needed
Pay: $60 – $75 per hour depending on experience
