Position Summary:We’re looking for a dynamic Front Desk / Administrative Medical Assistant to join our team. This role primarily centers on front desk operations while also allowing hands-on participation in other clinic settings in an effort to learn and grow in their field. The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced, supportive setting.
Administrative Duties:
- Welcome and check in patients.
- Help schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule.
- Answer phones, triage calls, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records.
- Collect payments / create patient claims
- Billing
- Insurance verifications
- Help manage inventory of medical and office supplies and place orders as necessary.
- Support office daily operations and coordinate smooth patient flow.
- Assist providers during evaluations or patient needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
- Front desk or administrative experience in a medical office required.
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred- room for growth.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and regenerative procedures is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, efficient multitasker, and reliable team player.
Work Environment

- Some standing or physical activity required when assisting with procedures.
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
