Our current team includes:
- 5 Physical Therapists
- 1 Occupational Therapist
- 2 Physical Therapist Assistants
- 4 Administrative Staff
We manage all practice operations in-house at our 2,200-square-foot facility. Your dedicated treatment space will include a high-low table, desk, and computer. Additionally, we offer a small gym upstairs and a larger equipment room downstairs. We are also expanding- construction will begin mid 2026 on a new 1,200-square-foot gym that will be attached to the west side of the building.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement specialized physical therapy treatments for a variety of conditions, including orthopedic and neurological disorders, musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical recovery, and chronic pain management.
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment programs based on patient needs, goals, and progress.
- Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, neural interventions, movement therapy, and progressive exercise regimens.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation, exercise plans, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment progress and outcomes.
- Stay current with the latest physical therapy techniques through continuing education and professional development.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Washington State Physical Therapy licensure
- Experience or specialization in Neurology, Orthopedics, or Sports Rehabilitation preferred
Strong manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a unique, supportive environment
- Passion for patient-centered care and helping individuals regain mobility and independence
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy
