OverviewJoin our dynamic healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and become a vital part of providing compassionate, high-quality patient care across diverse medical settings. Duties

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and comfort
  • Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems
  • Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, memory impairments, or behavioral health needs
  • Operate assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts and perform catheter care with aseptic technique to maintain patient safety and hygiene
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in acute care settings like ICU or Level I Trauma Centers to deliver critical patient support
  • Maintain detailed medical documentation and ensure confidentiality of all patient records in accordance with HIPAA standards

Experience

  • Prior experience working in long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, hospitals, or nursing homes is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and infection control practices such as aseptic technique
  • Experience with EMR/EHR systems like Cerner or eClinicalWorks for accurate medical documentation
  • Exposure to specialized care environments including ICU, emergency medicine, hospice care, behavioral health units or pediatrics is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with patient service tasks such as vital signs measurement and basic life support certification preferred
  • Working knowledge of caring for individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges enhances your ability to provide comprehensive support
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced settings such as urgent care clinics or post-acute care environments
