What You’ll Do
- Greet patients with a friendly, professional attitude and guide them through check-in, intake forms, and insurance verification
- Measure and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, etc.) and assist with patient preparation
- Prepare treatment rooms and support chiropractors during assessments and pre-adjustments
- Accurately manage electronic health records (EHR), including documentation and scanning records
- Assist with scheduling, answering phones, and responding to patient inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment following proper protocols
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills with a confident, compassionate approach to patient care
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience in a clinic or healthcare setting preferred (but not required)
- Familiarity with EHR systems and medical documentation (ICD coding a plus)
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
