We are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Medical Assistant & Licensed Esthetician to join our elite team. If you excel in clinical assistance and aesthetic skincare, and have a proven track record in a luxury Med Spa environment, we want you to grow with us.
Responsibilities:
- Clinical Assistance: Assist our medical providers (MD, DO, NP) during advanced aesthetic procedures, including Endolaser, injectables, and minimally invasive treatments.
- Aesthetic Services: Perform high-quality esthetic treatments (e.g., medical-grade facials, chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning) in accordance with Florida state regulations.
- Patient Care: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize medical equipment, take patient vitals/medical histories, and ensure a seamless, VIP patient flow.
- Post-Treatment Support: Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care, skincare routines, and optimal recovery protocols.
- Sales & Promotion: Actively promote and sell luxury skincare products, treatment packages, and cross-sell our services to maximize your commission earnings.
Required Qualifications:
- Licenses/Certifications: Must hold an active Florida Facial Specialist (Esthetician) License AND a Medical Assistant Certification/Diploma.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience working in a Med Spa, Dermatology, or Plastic Surgery setting (Strict requirement).
- Bilingual: Fluency in English and Spanish is required for effective communication with our clientele.
- Customer Service: VIP bedside manner, excellent personal presentation, and strong sales skills.
- Compliance: Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations, bloodborne pathogens, and strict sanitation standards.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday, with one rotating weekday off.
