Full Job Description
OmniSleep Sleep Health provides New Mexico patients with the highest quality sleep health care. We seek an experienced full-time advanced practitioner (nurse practitioner or physician assistant) to provide direct patient care, focusing primarily on sleep apnea diagnosis and treatment. Our advanced practitioners establish their own patient panel, from new visits to established care, supported by an experienced and responsive management team and medical director.
Experience in clinical sleep medicine preferred but shouldn’t be viewed as an obstacle to employment. We can provide on the job training.
We operate in a modern, state of the art, ten bed sleep facility accredited by AASM (American Academy of Sleep Medicine). The clinic schedule is generally 9a-5p Monday – Friday. We offer in-clinic and telemedicine visits to patients, as well as home sleep test and in-lab Polysomnograph. This is an established (28 years) and positive workplace that continuously works to provide the best care and to keep patients happy and healthy. We run a busy clinic with providers that like to stay productive. This means that our providers have great earning potential. Due to our busy clinics and production pay, we have higher earning potential than most comparable clinical positions allow. Total compensation, including pay and benefits, is very competitive. OmniSleep provides excellent benefits: health, dental, vision, paid time off, CME allowance, 401K (with company match to contributions).
Candidates that live outside of New Mexico are welcome to apply. We strongly prefer to hire individuals that live in New Mexico, but a moving allowance is available with a one year work commitment.
Required:

- Current Medicare and Medicaid enrollment.
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record Software and computerized support systems (computer skills, Excel, Word, Internet research, Email software, etc.).
Qualifications:
- NM state licensure as Nurse Practitioner
- At least 2 years experience post degree NP/PA in direct patient care.
- Spanish speaker is preferred.
- Strong preference given to candidates with experience in sleep medicine.
