Requirements:

• Master’s Degree required
• Active New York license as a Physician Assistant
• New York Controlled Substance and Drug Enforcement Registration
• Graduate of an approved PA Program
• Current Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
• Experience in Emergency Medicine, Family Practice, or Acute Care
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a physician assistant or nurse
• Knowledge of electronic medical records systems preferred
• Completion of a post-graduate training program in surgery or at least one year of equivalent work experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
