OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments for patients of all ages.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and medical history.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Current CA licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Certification by a recognized national nursing board (e.g., ANCC or AANP).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with best practices in nursing care.

Pay: $64.00 – $72.00 per hour
