We are hiring one full-time Medical Assistant to join our Tucson team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a brand that is transforming men’s health and delivering top-tier clinical care in a relaxed, supportive setting.

Schedule
- 4-day work week: Tuesday to Friday
- 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- No weekends
- No on-call
Responsibilities
- Perform phlebotomy (blood draws)
- Administer injections (Testosterone, B12, Gonadorelin, etc.)
- Take and record patient vitals in EMR
- Assist providers with patient care and daily clinical operations
- Greet and check in patients
- Input lab results and maintain accurate documentation
- Schedule appointments and assist with front desk tasks
- Handle lab operations, including specimen preparation and organization
- Cross-trained for administrative duties, billing, and processing
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain professionalism in all interactions
Qualifications
- Medical Assistant Certification – Required
- Phlebotomy Certification – Preferred, but not required if applicant has 1 year experience with blood draw
- Experience in urology, endocrinology, family practice, med-spa, or related fields – Preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and comfortable with both clinical and admin work
- No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
- In-person role only
