Job Summary
The PA/Advanced Nurse Practitioner (NP) is a licensed medical professional responsible for conducting patient consultations, managing treatments, and prescribing therapies within the scope of their licensure. This role involves administering advanced aesthetic treatments, managing HRT and weight management programs, and supporting the center’s KPIs through patient education and sales. A commitment to high medical standards, client loyalty, and teamwork is essential.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient consultations, physicals, and assessments for HRT, weight management, and aesthetic treatments.
- Prescribe and manage medical therapies within the licensure scope, including HRT and weight control.
- Administer injectable treatments such as fillers, neurotoxins, and biostimulators with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on client goals and medical history.
- Educate patients on treatment options and encourage upselling of appropriate therapies for optimal results.
- Collaborate with the team to promote client loyalty and achieve center KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations governing medical practice.
- Document all treatments and interactions accurately using the Zenoti EMR system.
Sales and Customer Focus:
- Actively upsell fillers and neurotoxins based on client needs and goals, earning bonuses based on performance.
- Support the center’s KPIs by promoting services, maintaining high customer service standards, and fostering client loyalty.
- Providers must focus on patient education, ensuring clear communication about the benefits, risks, and aftercare of treatments to build long-term trust and retention.

Licensing & Certification:

- Must hold an active license as a PA, CNS, or NP as required by state regulations.
- Franchisees are responsible for verifying compliance with local licensing and scope of practice requirements.
Equipment and Tools:
- Proficient in using the Zenoti EMR system and operating CoolSculpting equipment.
Tasks:
- Conduct patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
- Administer aesthetic treatments, including fillers, neurotoxins, and biostimulators.
- Prescribe HRT and weight management therapies as allowed by licensure.
- Educate patients on services, benefits, and post-treatment care.
- Document all procedures and maintain accurate records in Zenoti.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance client experience and promote loyalty.
Success in this role is measured by:
- Treatment Plan Conversion Rate (e.g., % of consultations that lead to procedures).
- Revenue Generation from Injectables & HRT.
- Patient Retention & Rebooking Rates.
- Compliance with Treatment & Safety Protocols.[
