Nurse Coordinator (RN) Needed in Brooklyn
Brooklyn, NY (11201)$105,000 + Full BenefitsFull-Time | Exempt
A well-established residential services organization is seeking an experienced RN Nurse Coordinator to oversee nursing operations for programs serving individuals with developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee nursing services across IRA & ICF programs
- Ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations
- Supervise and support residence leadership staff
- Conduct site visits (including varied shifts)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in quality assurance and incident follow-up
- Provide on-call coverage as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred)
- Active NYS RN License
- 3+ years nursing experience in residential/DD setting
- 2+ years supervisory experience
- Valid NYS Driver’s License
- Strong leadership and crisis management skills
In-person role with travel between sites. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and on-call required.
