Job Title: Permanent Physician Assistant – Spine and Neuro Location: Rochester, NY Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant with expertise in Spine and Neuro specialties to join our team in Rochester, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience in the operating room and possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Benefits:
- Competitive salary of $120,000 – $130,000 per year + depending on experience (DOE).

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess and treat patients with spine and neurological conditions.
- Assist in surgical procedures related to spine and neuro specialties in the operating room.
- Conduct patient evaluations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including patient education and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to case discussions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in spine and neuro care.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Current Physician Assistant licensure in the state of New York.
- Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in spine and neuro specialties, including operating room experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
