Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner – Bilingual Spanish Required
Location: Orlando, FL (32817)Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM | On-call 1x every 8 weeksSalary: $125,000–$140,000 (based on experience)Specialty: Primary Care – Geriatric / Medicare Advantage
About the Role
We are a Geriatric Primary Care practice seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) PA or NP to provide high-quality patient care. You will work closely with supervising physicians and clinical staff, performing exams, diagnosing conditions, managing treatment plans, and supporting geriatric patients through ongoing care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments, physical exams, and accurate diagnoses.
- Develop and manage treatment plans; prescribe medications as allowed.
- Educate patients and families on treatment and preventive care.
- Document and maintain detailed patient records.
- Refer to specialists and coordinate additional care.
- Assist with procedures and respond to urgent needs.
- Build trusting relationships with geriatric patients.
Requirements
- Active Florida NP license (Required)
- Bilingual in Spanish (Required)
- 2+ years of previous working experience as an NP
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to stay organized and calm in a busy environment
