Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Mobile Wound Care$140,000–$175,000 | No Nights | No Weekends | Kitsap County, WA

What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive wound assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide advanced wound care in homes and select facilities
- Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
You’ll serve patients across Kitsap County and surrounding areas, helping individuals with chronic, non-healing wounds improve healing outcomes and quality of life.
What We’re Looking For
- Active, unrestricted Washington NP or PA license
- Board certified (FNP, APRN, or PA-C)
- 1+ year of experience preferred (Primary Care, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, ER, ICU, or Wound Care)
- Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills
- Patient-first mindset
