The Opportunity
We are seeking a confident and experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (ARNP/CNP) with strong clinical skills, injector experience, and excellent patient communication.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care & Procedures
- Clinical Care & Procedures
- Perform non-surgical hair restoration treatments, including stem cell scalp injections, in accordance with Revita Luxe clinical protocols and safety standards
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations for hair restoration and aesthetic services
- Assess scalp health, hair thinning patterns, and treatment candidacy
- Develop and explain personalized treatment plans
- Educate patients on treatment expectations, timelines, and aftercare
- Maintain exceptional bedside manner and patient confidence during procedures
- Assist with additional aesthetic or regenerative treatments as needed
Documentation & Compliance
- Accurately document patient encounters in EMR
- Follow clinical protocols and safety standards
Collaboration & Growth
- Work closely with clinical and operations teams
- Maintain professionalism aligned with the Revita Luxe brand
- Stay current on advancements in aesthetic and regenerative medicine
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida license as Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (ARNP/CNP)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Injector experience required
- Strong patient consultation skills
- Professional communication and clinical judgment
- Ability to work independently in a boutique practice setting
Preferred Experience
- Medical spa or aesthetic clinic experience
- EMR experience
- Interest in regenerative medicine and longevity therapies
Compensation
- $55–$65 per hour
