Responsibilities:
Night Shift Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner (This position is for Ignite Emergency Physicians working at DVH, Independent contract with no benefits) Weekend Coverage | 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. Desert Valley Hospital Ignite Emergency is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide weekend night shift coverage. This position is ideal for a confident, autonomous provider who is comfortable managing patients in an inpatient or acute care setting during overnight hours. Position Details:
- Schedule: Weekend nights only
- Hours: 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
- Setting: Emergency Room
- Employment type: Per-Diem
Qualifications:
- Active PA or NP license in CA
- Experience in hospital medicine, emergency medicine,preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the care team
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Pay Transparency:
Desert Valley Medical Group offers competitive compensationthat provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. s. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $110-$130.00 hourly. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
