We are seeking a skilled, confident, and patient-centered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing team.
Established Client Base & Growth Opportunity
Although JMC Aesthetics & Wellness is a newly launched brand, our team brings an established and loyal client base from a previously operating aesthetics practice in the area. We are building upon years of patient relationships and transitioning into a modern, physician-supervised medical model.
This position offers the unique opportunity to step into an active and growing patient flow while helping shape the future of a boutique wellness and aesthetics practice.
Position Overview
This role involves performing advanced aesthetic treatments and wellness services under physician supervision in a collaborative, growth-oriented clinic environment. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, detail-oriented, conservative in approach, and passionate about helping patients look and feel their best.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans
- Administer neuromodulators (Botox/Dysport) and dermal fillers safely and effectively
- Perform injectable wellness treatments and IV therapy (if experienced)
- Conduct medical evaluations relevant to aesthetic and wellness services
- Maintain sterile technique and adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
- Educate patients on treatment options, post-care instructions, risks, and realistic outcomes
- Document all patient interactions accurately within EMR (AestheticsPro)
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Support patient retention and long-term treatment planning
- Stay current with advancements in aesthetic medicine and best practices
Qualifications
- Active Florida ARNP or PA-C license in good standing
- Board certified
- Minimum 2 years of injectable experience preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Experience in medical aesthetics strongly preferred
- DEA license (if applicable)
- Strong patient communication and consultation skills
- Professional presence and ability to represent a boutique medical brand
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with physician leadership

Compensation is based on experience, injectable proficiency, and existing client following.
Pay: $85,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
