Position Summary
DMHC is seeking a compassionate and mission-driven Family APN or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative care team. The ideal candidate is passionate about serving vulnerable populations and committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered primary care.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan
- Develop and implement evidence-based care plans
- Collaborate with mental health providers, peer support specialists, and care coordinators
- Participate in team-based case reviews and care planning
- Promote preventive care and chronic disease management
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
- Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (APN) or Physician Assistant in Arkansas
- DEA license (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical skills in primary care
- Commitment to serving underserved and vulnerable populations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
Preferred but not required:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English or other languages)
- Experience in community health or nonprofit clinical settings

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
