Nurse Practitioner – ENT Clinic | Appleton, WI
Description
Now hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a growing ENT clinic in Appleton, WI. This is a great opportunity for an experienced NP looking for work-life balance, no nights or weekends, and a patient-focused outpatient setting.
You’ll provide high-quality, office-based ENT care while working closely with physicians in a collaborative clinical environment. If you’re passionate about patient education, outcomes-driven care, and professional growth, this role offers both flexibility and stability.
Location: Appleton, WIMay assist in Green Bay and Plover clinics as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered medical care in an outpatient ENT setting
- Evaluate patients through medical history reviews, physical exams, and interviews
- Identify root causes and develop effective treatment plans
- Educate patients on conditions, procedures, and long-term care plans
- Assist with in-office ENT procedures, as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure quality outcomes
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Board certified (Family or Adult NP)
- Minimum 3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience
- Active Wisconsin NP license
- Strong communication, multitasking, and clinical judgment skills
- Interest in ENT, otolaryngology, or procedural-based care
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between clinics as needed
