Lily Medical Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team in the Northern Milwaukee region, including Waukesha County and the southern portion of Ozaukee County.
We’re a provider-owned, provider-led practice with a refreshingly non-corporate approach. Our clinicians deliver senior primary care through in-home and on-site visits, serving patients across 150+ partner buildings throughout Wisconsin.

Pay: Up to $160,000.00 per year
