Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and energetic Nephrology Physician Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide expert clinical care to patients with kidney-related conditions, working closely with nephrologists and multidisciplinary teams. Your responsibilities will include performing comprehensive patient assessments, managing acute and chronic kidney disease, and supporting dialysis procedures. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history review, physical examinations, and vital signs assessment. Case load 15 patients/day
- Assist in the management of patients with chronic kidney disease, end-stage renal disease, and other nephrology-related conditions.
- Document clinical findings accurately using EMR (Practice Fusion), ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
- Valid Physician Assistant license with current certification from the NCCPA (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants).
- Proven experience in nephrology or related fields such as critical care, hospital medicine, or emergency medicine is a plus.
- Sound working knowledge of physiology, medical terminology, diagnostic evaluation, and medication administration.
- Experience with dialysis procedures, vascular access management, is a plus.

Pay: $105,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
