Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a rapidly changing environment
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to clearly convey complex medical information
- Strong computer and EMR proficiency
Education & Experience
- Master’s degree
- National Board Certification required
- BLS certification required
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and healthcare documentation systems
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $115,000 with incentive structure
