Location: Springfield, MOSetting: InpatientSchedule: 7 on / 7 off (Off 182 days per year with this schedule)Compensation: Up to $160,000 annuallyEmployment Options: W2 or 1099

We’re looking for PMHNPs/PAs to join this initiative by working with us at our Inpatient facility in Springfield, MO.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and daily inpatient follow-ups
- Manage acute psychiatric conditions in an inpatient setting
- Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams including nursing, therapists, and case management
- Participate in treatment planning and discharge planning
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
Requirements:
- Active PMHNP or PA license in Missouri (or eligibility to obtain)
- DEA license (eligible for reimbursement)
- Prior Inpatient psychiatry experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, efficiency, and communication skills
- Comfortable with adolescent population (aged 4-17 years)
