Symbol Health Solutions is seeking a dedicated, experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care and disease management to employees and their families at an employer-sponsored onsite clinic. Position is full-time, 40 hours per week. No nights or weekends!
Responsibilities:
- Perform exams, diagnose and develop a treatment plan according to statutory limitations.
- Order lab testing, dispense pre-packaged generic, non-controlled, medications and make referrals when needed.
- Supervise ancillary staff, and implement protocols within the scope of expertise and available equipment
Requirements:
- Active and unencumbered State of Alabama PA or CRNP license
- Current National Board Certification
- At least 3 years’ experience
- Comfortable caring for patient’s age 2 yrs and above

- Advanced practice provider: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Certified Medical Examiner (Preferred)
- Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner license (Preferred)
- PA-C License (Preferred)
