Physician Assistant-ENT Clinic-Only

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Physician Assistant to join our
established Otolaryngology (ENT) outpatient practice. This position is a 100%
clinic-based with no call, and no weekend coverage, oƯering excellent work-
life balance in specialty setting.
Position Overview:
The Physician Assistant will provide comprehensive outpatient care to adults
and pediatric patients under the supervision of board-certified ENT physician.
The role includes evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of common
Otolaryngologic conditions in a collaborative clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and manage adult and pediatric ENT patients
Perform in-oƯice procedures such as nasal endoscopy, ear
debridement, foreign body removal, and cerumen removal.
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with
supervising physician
Treat common ENT conditions (sinus, ear, throat, allergy, voice, and
hearing concerns)
Provide patient education and coordinate ongoing care
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR system
Passion for outpatient specialty care
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
Current PA-C certification
State licensure or eligibility
Prior ENT experience preferred, new graduates with strong interest in
ENT will be considered
Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and clinical skills
