ALLERGY PA/ Nurse Practitioner Job Description
Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled ALLERGY NP/PA to join our ALLERGY OFFICE.
This is a part time position and is hourly pay at a competitive rate.
As a NP/PA, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with a board certified allergist.
Candidates with previous allergy nurse practitioner experience is as plus.
Candidates must have at least 2 years previous provider work as a NP or PA.
We are unable to accommodate new graduates.
Requirements
- Valid NP/PA license with relevant certifications.
- 2 + years prior working experience as a NP or PA.
- Familiarity with ICD-9/ICD-10 coding and CPT coding for accurate medical billing.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology essential for effective patient care.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This is a small medical office and we are looking for candidates that want to work in this type of practice.
