Sky Health Services is a Boulder County, Colorado-based local, independent medical practice dedicated to providing primary healthcare to older adults. We are looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team.
This position entails rounding in senior living communities 3 or 4 days per week.
We organize our schedules to minimize daily travel, with a service area between Longmont and Westminster.

Required:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a provider. We are not able to accommodate a new graduate for this position.
- NP or PA license in the State of Colorado
- DEA license

Pay: $75,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
