(**Experience Required**) GLO Bar MedSpa is a women-founded, luxury medical spa and top destination for aesthetic services, including Botox, Dysport, Sculpltra, Filler, PRF ezGel, SkinPen Microneedling, laser treatments, DiamondGlow facials, and medical-grade skincare. Our trained and experienced medical providers specialize in enhancing natural beauty with a full-face approach, offering treatments like lip filler, facial balancing, and our signature “Diamond GLO Deluxe” facial at our location in Costa Mesa, California.
We are currently seeking an upbeat, motivated NP or PA for a full-time role who is already confident practicing independently in both medical aesthetics and wellness medicine. This position is ideal for a provider who has real-world experience, values high standards of care, and wants to help build and evolve our wellness offerings.
Minimum two (2) years of independent medical aesthetics & injecting experience required.Applicants must have hands-on experience treating their own patients in a clinical setting (not solely training courses or shadowing).
Job Duties:
Aesthetics
- Perform medical aesthetic procedures such as Botox/Dysport, Dermal Filler, Sculptra, PRF ezGEL, SkinPen Microneedling, Morpheus8, CoolPeel, and laser treatments
- Conduct in-depth consultations and develop customized, full-face treatment plans
- Manage complications and provide appropriate medical follow-up care
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records (EHR)
Wellness
- Provide wellness-based medical services including weight loss management using GLP-1 medications, peptide therapies, and vitamin injections/infusions
- Interpret labs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and manage ongoing patient care
- Monitor outcomes and adjust protocols as needed
- Assist in developing and refining wellness protocols and treatment pathways (administrative/clinical operations experience preferred)
Additional Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient experience and uphold safety standards
- Communicate confidently about all services and products
- Participate in social media content creation and patient education
- Build long-term patient relationships and a loyal clientele
Hours:
- Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
- Saturdays 10am-3pm
- MUST be willing to work 2-3 Saturdays per month
- Company hours are subject to change.
Requirements
- Valid NP or PA license in California
- 2+ years independent experience in aesthetic injecting and treatments
- Experience with GLP-1 medications, peptides, and vitamin injections/infusions
- Ability to prescribe and manage medical care
- Administrative/operational experience a plus (protocol building, systems, workflows)
- Understanding of hormone therapies is a bonus
- Strong consultation and patient communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic eye
- Professional, positive, and self-motivated
- Comfortable creating social media content
- Team player with strong work ethic
