Position Summary
A well-established outpatient Primary Care / Family Medicine practice in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a qualified Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing medical team. This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis and offers a predictable weekday schedule in a collaborative, patient-focused clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting
- Conduct patient evaluations, including medical history, physical examinations, and documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, diagnostic imaging, and medical reports
- Develop and manage individualized treatment and follow-up plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure coordinated patient care
- Complete patient forms, referrals, and clinical documentation
- Respond to patient communications to support continuity of care
- Perform telemedicine / telehealth visits as needed
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Flexible scheduling available for part-time candidates
- No nights, no weekends, no on-call responsibilities
Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner program
- Active New York State PA license and NCCPA certification (PA candidates)
- National Board Certification through ANCC or AANP (NP candidates)
- Active NPI and DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in primary care, family medicine, or outpatient medicine preferred
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience using EHR systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF/Adobe Acrobat
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) starting at $130,000 – $140,000 annually (full-time equivalent – FTE). Compensation for part-time providers is prorated based on the full-time equivalent (FTE) salary, reflecting the number of days worked relative to a full-time schedule.
