Physician Assistant (PA) — Neurology Clinic (Full-Time, M–F) | Downtown Brooklyn
- Full-time PA in a busy independent neurology clinic in Downtown Brooklyn
- Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)

- You’ll help run patient care day-to-day: neuro histories/exams, follow-ups, care plans, documentation, orders, and coordination
About the clinic
We’re an independent neurology practice and clinical research site focused on high-quality, patient-first care in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with the neurologist(s), research team, and clinical team to keep visits smooth, thorough, and on time.
What you’ll do
- Conduct patient follow-up visits (history, neuro-focused exam, assessment/plan)
- Act as sub investigator for various clinical research trials
- Manage common neurology workflows (e.g., headaches/migraine, neuropathy, dizziness/vertigo, back/neck pain, seizures follow-up, memory complaints, movement disorders support)
- Order and interpret basic diagnostics as appropriate (labs, imaging, referrals) and coordinate care
- Educate patients on treatment plans, meds, and next steps
- Document clearly and efficiently in the EMR
- Support in-office procedures and tasks as trained/needed (clinic-dependent)
- Collaborate with front desk/MA team to keep clinic flow efficient
Who we’re looking for
- Licensed Physician Assistant in New York
- Strong clinical judgment, calm under pressure, and excellent bedside manner
- Fast, accurate documentation and good follow-through
- Comfortable seeing a full schedule and communicating clearly with patients and staff
- Neurology and clinical research experience is a plus, but motivated learners are welcome
