We are actively hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for a fast-paced Urgent Care organization with multiple locations across Los Angeles, Ventura County, South Bay, Westlake, Inland Empire, and surrounding areas. We are seeking experienced clinicians who are confident practicing autonomously while collaborating with an ED MD. Position Highlights: 12-hour shifts (9a-9p) Full-time (3 shifts/week) or Part-time (1-2 shifts/week) Weekend availability required (FT: 1 weekend day/week; PT: Fri/Sat/Sun) Pay: 95/hour Experity EMR High-acuity urgent care environment Role Responsibilities Include: Independent patient assessment, triage, diagnosis, and treatment for all ages Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests Prescribing medications and therapeutic treatments Running codes and responding to life-saving situations when necessary (BLS, ACLS, PALS required) Managing patient flow and throughput Patient education, follow-up care, and quality improvement participation Strong focus on patient safety, satisfaction, and clinical excellence Requirements: Minimum 1 year of Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience At least 1 year of SOLO provider experience (working without supervisory) Active California license and board certification Current DEA (CA address) BLS, ACLS, and PALS I look forward to Hearing from you!
