Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) – Wound Care & Limb Preservation (Part time position)

Buffalo Vascular Care Wound Care & Hyperbaric Medicine is seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Wound Care and Amputation Prevention Program.

This is a unique outpatient opportunity to work within an integrated model that includes wound care, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, podiatry collaboration, and advanced endovascular limb-salvage treatments—all outside the hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

· Evaluate and manage chronic and complex wounds

· Perform wound care procedures including debridement and advanced therapies

· Participate in multidisciplinary limb preservation care

· Educate patients and caregivers on wound management and prevention

· Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications:

· Licensed PA or NP (NY State, in good standing)

· Wound care experience preferred (training available)

· Strong interest in limb preservation and team-based care
