Job OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician to work collaboratively with our solo board- certified Family Physician with added certifications in Sports Medicine. The role offers an excellent opportunity to practice in a collegial environment and provide exceptional care across a broad range of medical conditions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments, obtain medical histories, and perform physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, including but not limited to diabetes, hypertension, infections, and minor injuries.
- Provide preventive care, including well-child exams, adult physicals, and routine screenings.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive health measures.
- Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans following state regulations.
- Perform minor procedures (e.g., suturing, incision and drainage, joint injections) as needed.
- Collaborate with the Family Physician for complex cases or referrals.
- Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and help maintain high standards of care.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable medical regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Physician Assistant: Current PA license and certification (NCCPA).
- Nurse Practitioner: Current NP license and certification (Family or Adult-Gerontology preferred).
- Physician: MD or DO degree with current state medical license and board certification in Family Medicine (or eligible).
- Previous experience in family medicine, primary care, or urgent care preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently within scope of practice.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $107,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
