About the Role:We are seeking a Arizona Family Nurse Practitioner (New grads welcome) to provide telehealth coverage at our boutique clinic for our Adult Health division for 4 hours a week remotely although some on site presence may be required. A DEA CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED. An Arizona license is required. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing cases involving conservative adult health issues for musculoskeletal issues, anxiety, concentration deficit and family care remotely. Most patient encounters involve non-emergent, outpatient-level issues such as:
- Musculoskeletal injuries (chronic and acute sprains, strains, trauma)
- Upper and lower respiratory infections (URI, sinusitis, bronchitis)
- Urinary tract infections (UTI)
- Medication refills and management
- Lifestyle and wellness consultations (e.g., erectile dysfunction, sleep health)
- GLP-1s and other peptides modalities
- Anxiety
- Concentration and attention deficit
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate virtual medical consultations for patients across multiple states.
- Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions within the scope of telemedicine and telehealth.
- Document all patient encounters
- Prescribe medications and continuation of care and order diagnostics when appropriate.
- Adhere to all federal and state regulations and telemedicine best practices.

Requirements:Qualifications:
- Completion of a Family Nurse Practitioner program from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- Active medical licenses in Arizona primarily
- New grads encouraged to apply (This is a convenient add on to your weekly schedule)
Benefits:Compensation: $75/HOUR / $500 SIGN ON BONUS WITH 12 MONTH COMMITMENT
MEDICAL DIRECTOR COMPENSATION: $800/MONTH
GUARANTEED PAY FOR FIRST 4 HOURS REGARDLESS OF PATIENT LOAD
Hours: Choice of 4 hours scheduled during the week in (2) 2 hour blocks or (1) 4 hour blocks.
Pay: $65.00 per hour
