Small Family Practice office privately owned in business for 21 years looking for Advanced Practice Provider to join our team and provide quality care to multi generational families in an established practice. Candidate needs to perform patient assessments to include medical history and physical exam and develop plan of care for patients with acute and chronic illnesses. All documentation and coding to be performed in EHR. Prefer experience. Seeking pleasant, reliable medical professional who can interact well with all staff.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $100,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
