Full Job Description
On a day-to-day basis, you will depart from our Rosemount, MN location and be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of quality products to our customers in the Twin Cities regional market. No night or weekend work just a willingness to start your day early so you can be home weeknights for dinner. You are the friendly face our customers see when they receive their orders, so a positive attitude and top notch customer service are a must.
Expectations are for you to be to work on time and manage your drive time and customer interactions effectively to get the job done. We are looking for attention to detail and safe, efficient deliveries. Successful candidates will strive to continuously improve in their role and build positive relationships with customers and shops to best meet our overall company goals. While performing the duties of this job, you will be required to load daily inventory on truck and unload merchandise at customer sites. This requires that you stand, walk, and reach for parts, as well as stoop, kneel, or crouch. You will occasionally need to lift up to 75 pounds but will be given the appropriate tools to do so safely. You will speak and listen to others, complete required safety trainings, and work to ensure a culture of safety in your role.
General Tasks:
- Plan route to and from customers’ businesses and adjust for traffic and/or construction
- Prepare and maintain records in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Provide assistance to resolve customer issues when necessary
- Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions
Schedule:
- Full-time, 8 hour day shift, Monday through Friday
Compensation: $18.00 – $20.00

Requirements:
- Valid MN driver’s license and good driving record
- Pre-employment drug screening & DOT physical exam
- Ability to drive vans, cube trucks and cab-over trucks
Offered compensation: $18/hr – $20/hr
