OverviewWe are seeking a holistic and naturally-minded Physician Assistant (PA) able to combine evidence based medicine with holistic and natural care options. The ideal candidate will embrace concepts of Health Freedom and prioritize patient-centered care for our patients across all age groups. Our provider team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants supporting each other to optimize our patient care.

This position will rotate among several clinic locations: Eden Prairie, Albertville, Blaine, Burnsville, Cottage Grove, North Branch and includes Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, providing appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide triage services to prioritize patient needs effectively.
• Collaborate with other healthcare and patient-centered professionals to coordinate patient care and improve health outcomes both in and outside of our organization.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, “root cause” evaluation options using a functional orientation, and blend traditional and holistic care options as appropriate to patient need.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations and organizational standards.

Experience

• Current license/certification as a Physician Assistant from an accredited organization is preferred.
• Experience in patient-centered care, with a strong interest or training in recommending and supporting natural and holistic care options when appropriate.
• Desire to collaborate with other organizational providers as well as community-based integrative and holistic professionals.
• Strong clinical skills with training or interest in primary care procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75.00 – $105.00 per hour
