Job SummaryWe are a primary care office seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team.

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive clinical background, demonstrating expertise in primary care, acute and chronic disease management, and patient-centered treatment. This role offers an opportunity to provide high-quality medical services across diverse patient populations, including pediatrics and geriatrics. The successful applicant will be committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care while collaborating effectively with our other providers.

Duties

·Patient Assessment: Perform comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments to diagnose acute and chronic illnesses.

Diagnostic Planning: Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays, EKGs, and laboratory work.

· Treatment Implementation: Develop and implement patient management plans, including prescribing medications and therapeutic treatments.

· Patient Advocacy: Educate and counsel patients and their families on healthy lifestyle choices, disease prevention, and self-care.

· Collaboration: Work alongside physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, high-quality patient care.

Requirements

Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license and Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) license in the state of Pennsylvania; or active Physician Assistant license and PA-C in the state of Pennsylvania.

· Certification: National board certification in a specialty area (e.g., Family, Adult-Gerontology, Pediatrics, or Psychiatric-Mental Health)

Pay: $115,000.00 – $145,000.00 per year
