Scripx Pharmacy is a rapidly growing compounding and telehealth pharmacy redefining how personalized medicine is delivered. We are seeking an independent Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to practice within our in-pharmacy clinic and support asynchronous telehealth visits across our expanding multi-state footprint.
This role is ideal for a clinician looking to expand their practice, partner with a growth-oriented pharmacy, and deliver care in some of healthcare’s most in-demand therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person patient evaluations within the in-pharmacy clinic
- Review and manage asynchronous telehealth visits for eligible states
- Establish and maintain patient care within your scope of practice
- Utilize your own EMR/EHR system for documentation and compliance
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to support safe, effective, and personalized treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with Texas and multi-state telehealth regulations
Candidate Requirements
- Active Texas NP, PA, or Physician license in good standing
- Ability to practice independently per Texas regulations
- Own EMR/EHR system required
- Preferred: Existing collaborating physician or medical director relationship
- Comfortable supporting telehealth and asynchronous care models
- Strong clinical judgment and interest in modern, personalized medicine
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in long-term partnership growth
