Full Job Description
We are a busy urgent care clinic seeking a part-time or PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to assist with scheduled medical evaluations performed in clinic. This role focuses on medical assessments, documentation, and record review, with no ongoing patient management.
This position is ideal for a clinician looking for flexible, predictable work in a low-acuity, non-urgent care setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform focused in-clinic medical evaluations
- Review relevant medical records prior to evaluations
- Complete standardized medical documentation accurately and thoroughly
- Provide clear, objective medical assessments based on clinical findings
- Document encounters in a timely manner
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Experience in urgent care, primary care, occupational medicine, or similar setting
- Strong medical documentation and clinical reasoning skills
- Comfortable working independently with scheduled evaluations
- Professional, objective, and detail-oriented approach
