Physician Assistant (PA) for a Functional/Regenerative Medicine Clinic

Leadership Role | Growth Opportunity | Equity Pathway

Southern California

OVERVIEW

We are a rapidly growing integrative health and performance clinic with an established base of active patients receiving testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, peptides, weight loss, metabolic optimization services, and regenerative medicine services . We are seeking a high-caliber Physician Assistant to run, grow, and eventually have equity options in the company .

This is not a routine clinical role. This is an operator-level position for a PA who wants to lead, build, and participate in the long-term upside of a premium medical business.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The incoming PA will step into a clinically autonomous leadership role with the ability to:

  • Manage and optimize an existing patient panel
  • Expand services and patient volume
  • Help shape protocols, systems, and patient experience
  • Participate in revenue growth and long-term equity

RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinical

  • Evaluate and manage patients
  • Oversee lab interpretation, dosing optimization, follow-ups, and outcomes
  • Ensure high clinical standards, safety, and compliance

Operational / Growth

  • Serve as the primary clinical leader of the men’s health division
  • Improve retention, compliance, and patient lifetime value
  • Collaborate on new program development (weight loss, longevity, performance, recovery)
  • Support marketing initiatives through clinical credibility and patient education

Leadership

  • Help train staff and refine SOPs
  • Contribute to strategic decisions around scaling and service expansion

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Licensed Physician Assistant in California (or eligible)
  • Experience or strong interest in men’s health, TRT, peptides, metabolic or functional medicine
  • Comfortable practicing with a high degree of autonomy
  • Business-minded and growth-oriented
  • Motivated by ownership, upside, and long-term value creation
  • Professional, polished, and patient-experience driven

Prior TRT or peptide experience preferred but not required for the right candidate.

COMPENSATION & UPSIDE

  • Competitive base compensation (hourly or salaried, commensurate with experience)
  • Performance-based incentives tied to growth and retention

Pay: $112,979.29 – $136,061.08 per year
