Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) with experience in hormone therapy to join our growing clinical team. This role is ideal for a provider who values evidence-based care, patient education, and long-term therapeutic relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients receiving hormone therapy
  • Initiate and monitor hormone treatment plans, including dosage adjustments and lab interpretation
  • Provide ongoing patient education, counseling, and follow-up care
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
  • Stay current with best practices and clinical guidelines related to hormone management

Qualifications

  • Current PA license in Colorado NCCPA certification
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, with demonstrated experience in hormone therapy
  • Strong knowledge of hormone replacement therapy (HRT), endocrinology, or related fields
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered, inclusive, and ethical care

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in endocrinology, women’s/men’s health and wellness medicine
  • Comfort managing long-term hormone therapy patients
  • Familiarity with EMR and telehealth platforms

Pay: $50.00 – $60.00 per hour
