Founded in 2009, our practice has served the communities of Hayward, Fremont, and the surrounding areas for over a decade. We are currently seeking a dedicated FNP to join our collaborative team, ensure our high quality of care remains consistent during this phase of growth, and potentially step into a leadership role in the future.

Schedule:
- Monday – Friday (No weekends).
- Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM PST.
- Patient Treatment Hours: Approx. 6-7 hours of patient contact per day.
- Lunch: 1 full hour.
- Location Split: Hayward (M, W, F) and Fremont (T, Th) — locations are only 5-10 minutes apart.
- Flexibility: 4-day work week is an option!
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a highly competitive compensation package designed to reward experience and dedication.
- Base Salary: $160,000 – $190,000+ (depending on experience) annually.
- Student Loan Repayment Offered!
- Bonuses: Annual production incentive offered!
- Relocation Assistance: $5,000.
- Retirement: 401k with up to 4% match (no vesting period).
- Time Off: 2 weeks PTO, 1 week Sick Time, and 9-11 Paid Holidays.
- CME: Unlimited allowance for approved courses; Malpractice insurance fully paid.
Clinical Scope:
- Setting: 100% Outpatient Primary Care.
- Patient Volume: Schedule allows for 24-28 patients, but typical volume is manageable at roughly 20 patients per day.
- EMR: Epic.
Requirements:
- Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) with current certification from an accredited program.
- At least 3 years of experience in Primary Care required.
- Ability to travel between Hayward and Fremont offices.
