Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Endocrine Mid-Level professional to join our specialized healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in endocrinology, demonstrating proficiency in managing complex endocrine conditions and supporting patient care initiatives. As an Endocrine Mid-Level, you will collaborate closely with our Endocrinologist s and healthcare staff to deliver comprehensive endocrine services, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through precise diagnostics, treatment planning, and ongoing management of hormonal disorders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing related to endocrine health.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients with hormonal imbalances or endocrine disorders.
- Perform and interpret laboratory tests and imaging studies to aid in diagnosis and monitor treatment progress.
- Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications to promote adherence and well-being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and ensure continuity of care for complex cases.
- Document all clinical encounters accurately within electronic health records while maintaining confidentiality standards.
- Support research initiatives or quality improvement projects related to endocrine health when applicable.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of endocrinology principles, hormonal disorders, and diagnostic procedures.
- Excellent clinical assessment skills with attention to detail in patient evaluation.
- Effective communication skills for explaining complex medical information clearly to patients and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and diagnostic tools relevant to endocrinology.
- Prior experience in an endocrinology setting or similar clinical environment is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
