Physician Assistant (PA-C) – New Graduates Welcomed

EmUrgent Care Clinic Urgent care center in Westland, Michigan, committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients of all ages. We are a new Urgent Care and looking to grow.
Position Overview
We are seeking motivated, team-oriented Physician Assistants to join our clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates who want hands-on experience in a supportive environment with strong mentorship.
Training Schedule:
- Structured onboarding and clinical shadowing beginning January & February 2026. 100 hours of training under the physician prior to March 2026
- Gradual assumption of independent patient care with supervision
- Full transition into independent full-time shifts starting March 2026
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients of all ages for urgent and primary care concerns
- Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, I&Ds, EKGs, medication administration, and rapid testing
- Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests
- Complete, accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
- Collaborate with medical assistants, front desk staff, and supervising physicians
- Deliver empathetic, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- NCCPA certified or eligible (must have certification by start date)
- Michigan PA license (or in process)
- BLS certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for learning, teamwork, and providing exceptional patient care
- DEA License

Compensation:
Hourly rate – 120-144 hours per month
